Pasta Salad with Marinated Salmon

400 grams of short pasta.
200 grams of marinated salmon, cut into strips.
12 cherry tomatoes.
50 grams of pickles.
1 spring onion.
1 garlic clove.
50 grams of Parmesan cheese.
50 grams of pine nuts.
35 grams of capers.
Dill (to taste).
Olive oil (to taste).
Salt (to taste).
Cook the pasta:
Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and let it cool.Prepare the dill sauce:
In a food processor, blend the pine nuts, dill, garlic clove, olive oil, and salt until you get a slightly crushed mixture, but not completely smooth.Prepare the fresh ingredients:
Chop the pickles, cherry tomatoes, and spring onion into small pieces. Mix these vegetables with the capers in a large bowl.
Assemble the salad:
Add the marinated salmon strips to the mixture of vegetables and cooled pasta. Mix gently.
Drizzle with the dill sauce you prepared earlier and mix well.
Serve:
