Cheese Skewers with Oregano and Extra Anchovy

Preparation time: 10 minutes

(For 10 skewers).
10 cubes of fresh cheese with oregano.
10 fillets of extra anchovy.
10 cherry tomatoes.
10 pitted olives.

  1. Prepare the olives:
    If you don’t have pitted olives, you can easily pit them using a cherry pitter. This tool is perfect for removing the pit effortlessly.

  2. Prepare the cherry tomatoes:
    Wash the cherry tomatoes well and cut them in half.

  3. Cut the cheese:
    Cut the fresh cheese into 10 cubes, approximately the same size to ensure the skewers are balanced.

  4. Assemble the skewers:
    Using a skewer, thread an olive. Then, place a piece of anchovy fillet folded between both halves of a cherry tomato. Finally, add a cube of fresh cheese with oregano.

  5. Repeat the process:
    Repeat these steps until all the skewers are assembled.

  6. Chill and serve:
    Place the skewers on a tray and store them in the fridge until serving time, so they are nice and fresh.
