Marinated Salmon Rolls with Sprouts and Cream Cheese

10 slices of Marinated Salmon.
1 bag of mixed baby greens (arugula, watercress, etc.).
1 spring onion.
10 radishes.
60 g of pickled cucumbers.
230 g of cream cheese.
½ lime (juice).
Fresh dill to taste.
Apple cider vinegar.
Extra virgin olive oil.
Salt.
Prepare the filling:
Clean and finely chop the spring onion, pickles, radishes, and fresh dill. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix them with the cream cheese. Add a tablespoon of lime juice to give it a fresh, tangy touch. Stir carefully until all ingredients are well integrated and you have a smooth mixture.Form the rolls:
Lay the marinated salmon slices on a flat surface. Place a portion of the cream cheese filling in the center of each slice and then roll them up carefully, forming small cylinders.Prepare the sprouts:
Wash the mixed sprouts, arugula, and watercress well. Drain them and place them in a dish. Dress with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a touch of apple cider vinegar, and a pinch of salt to taste.Assemble the plate:
